1 TBSP golden raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
½ cup applesauce (or ½ small apple)
1 scoop JaylabPro Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup skim milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. For a colder version, add 4 ice cubes and blend until fully blended, about 3 minutes.

Protein: 23 grams
